Clintondale Aviation was established in 1992.

Over the years, the company has acquired much experience and has completed many interesting and difficult projects, such as:
-1992 – 1994: Aviation support of Kazakhstan Caspi Shelf project (oil)
-1996 – 2002: Participation in creating and developing of aviation operator Aviashelf, and participation in the Sakhalin Energy aviation support project
-1998 – 2007: Aviation support of the Karachaganak Petroleum project in Aksai
-1999 – 2000: Aviation support of the UN peacekeeping operations in East Timor
-1999 – 2008: Aviation support of STARSEM’s satellite launch program
-2000 Complete aviation support of Caspian Pipeline Consortium construction project from Tengiz to the Novorosiisk.
-2002 – 2007: Aviation support provided to Chevron’s Eurasia subdivision
